How to Make Tiny MCE Editor

This happen when I was currious about how to make TinyMCE editor (text). Then I go to the site
and download the source.. after take a while ... I kinda like it and want to share.. since there someone asked to me how to use this and he asked to short the tinyMCE..

This code use for many CMS.. is wise to use this.. if the cms you use support this TinyMCE
